We hope you like what you ordered! But in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to return items I purchased and do I have to pay for return shipping?

1. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return the items you purchased. Return packages must be posted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Can I return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. No. You may only return items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached with the hygiene sticker intact, where applicable.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party items, DIY items, pet items and accessories.

We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal is broken.

3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts are non-returnable.

Important news:

Please do not accidentally include non-PELLEGRINI E-COMM items in your return package. We will not be responsible for shipping these items back to you.


1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to your PELLEGRINI E-COMM wallet or the original payment method as selected by you.

Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will take an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have a problem with your return, you must contact Customer Service within 180 days from the date of purchase.
